Established in 2025, we're excited to offer a hassle-free way of travel that lets you enjoy the island to the fullest.

Large Items - This includes luggage 28-32" in height, surfboards, golf bags, strollers, cribs, Pack N Play, car seats, wheelchairs, and walkers

Small Items - This includes carry-on bags (40x20x25cm & 55x35x20cm), backpacks, diaper bags, briefcases, laptops, and purses

Speciality Items - This includes wedding dresses, flowers (bouquets), musical instruments, urns, keepsakes, souvenirs, etc.

Terms and Conditions

Upon dropping off your items with Luggage Drop & Go, you will be charged an upfront fee which includes the first hour of storage. Following your retrieval of the luggage, an additional fee of $1 per hour will apply for each hour thereafter that the items remain with us. You will receive a text message notification detailing these charges along with the final receipt.

For items left overnight, charges will be calculated hourly, encompassing all initially scanned items without additional per-item fees.

Luggage stored for extended durations will continue to incur a $1 hourly charge.

In the event that items are forgotten or remain unclaimed, a one-time fee of $100.00 will be applied after four days of no communication from the customer. We will attempt to contact you via text message using the provided phone number up to three times. If no response is received by the eighth day, the luggage will be subject to disposal.

Our Story

Our Vision

After moving to the Big Island from the mainland, I've welcomed numerous family and friends who come to experience Hawaii fully by staying with me. Many of them enjoy some time to themselves to explore their favorite activities. After dropping off many loved ones in Downtown Kona, I noticed their luggage often hindered their plans to explore freely. That's when I realized the potential for a luggage holding service. I thought, "What if there was someone who could securely hold their luggage while they explored?" Their enthusiastic response to this idea encouraged me to seize this opportunity.

The vision for Luggage Drop & Go is to enhance travelers' experience. When visiting new cities, the goal is to create lasting memories and immerse oneself in the local culture without being burdened by luggage. We aim to liberate your time and space, allowing you to move freely and easily—no need to rely on hotels, your vehicle trunk, or leaving your items unattended on the beach. We've got your back. Local businesses will benefit from increased foot traffic and addition space in their establishments. Car rental companies will encourage travelers to use Luggage Drop & Go for a more safe and secure luggage holding experience.
